Eggless Whole Wheat chocolate cake

Ingredients for Eggless Whole Wheat chocolate cake
- @Elephantattaofficial Medium withVitamin D Atta 3/4 cup
- Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- A pinch of Salt
- Icing sugar/ powdered sugar 1/2 cup
- Sunflower oil 40ml
- Hot water 3/4 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Dark chocolate (optional) 1 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Unsalted Butter 2 tsp

Method to make Eggless Whole Wheat chocolate cake
01. Place a grease proof paper in cake tin & butter it. Dust it with cocoa powder. In a sieve add the @ElephantattaofficialMedium with Vitamin D Atta and the rest of the dry ingredients except powdered sugar. Once the mixture is sieved add the powdered sugar, oil & hot water. Give the mixture a good mix with a whisk then add the lemon juice. Place the batter in the cake tin.
02. Bake in the oven gas mark 4 for 25 minutes, let the cake cool in rack
03. For the chocolate ganache. Chop the chocolate
04. Add cream & butter. Place all ingredients in a bowl over a hot simmering water, using a whisk to combine the chocolate mixture.
05. Place the ganache over the cake & decorate with fresh strawberries & fresh cream. Enjoy
