- 1 cup Elephant Atta Medium
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs & Seasoning
- 2 tbsps Red Pepper Houmous
- Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- ⅓ cup Water

01 In a large box mix all the dry ingredients and stir in the Houmous and the oil and stir.
02 Gently add the water and stir to make it into a pancake-like batter.
03 Heat a small frying pan and pour in a small amount of the batter and cook for 4-5 mins and then flip to cook for a further 3-4 mins.
