Ingredients

  • 1 cup Elephant Atta Medium
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs & Seasoning
  • 2 tbsps Red Pepper Houmous
  • Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • ⅓ cup Water

Method:

01 In a large box mix all the dry ingredients and stir in the Houmous and the oil and stir.

02 Gently add the water and stir to make it into a pancake-like batter.

03 Heat a small frying pan and pour in a small amount of the batter and cook for 4-5 mins and then flip to cook for a further 3-4 mins.
